Henderson Loggie has been retained by the Partnership and will also audit the Trust.
They will prepare annual reports and accounts for the Partnership and the Trust which will be circulated to all Investors by the General Partner, include details on the valuation of the Partnership and constitute periodic statements for the purposes of FSMA.

Mr Brian Adair

Mr Brian Adair has 50 years experience as a Chartered Surveyor in Edinburgh. He was a Partner for 30 years with Kenneth Ryden & Partners including 15 years as Senior Partner retiring in 1989 to form Ryden Lettings, now one of the largest professional property managers and letting agents in Edinburgh and with a recently opened office in Glasgow. For the last 14 years he has been Chairman of the Scottish Branch of the Association of Residential Letting Agents and a Divisional Council Member. He is a member of various Scottish Government working parties involved in forming private housing legislation. As a member of the Edinburgh Merchant Company he has been involved in the recent provision of a block of 20 flats in Edinburgh for accommodating the frail and elderly.

Mr John Fletcher FCIBS, CB, PMA

Mr Fletcher will be advising Ecosse Management Ltd on a consultancy basis. John Fletcher has over 25 years of experience in the property and building industry. He has held senior positions at both Woolwich Homes and Woolwich Building Society. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Banking and a board member of the Dunedin Canmore Housing Association.

NCM is also authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority in the UK to establish, operate and wind-up unregulated collective investment schemes. Its FSA registration number is 183732 and it currently acts for over 80 funds.

As Trust Manager, NCM will be responsible for liaising with the Trustee to ensure that the Trust’s books of account are maintained, distributions are effected, cash is managed properly, accounts and valuations are prepared, and Trust records are maintained and communicating with Unit holders generally.
